Terms and Conditions
1) Rates are valid till, Feb 11, 2010.
2) Room Reservation are Confirmed with Non- Refundable deposit payable to Prana Promotion.
3) If you change your travel dates after submitting this form, please notify to Prana Promotion.
4) Deadline for Reservation will be on Feb 11, 2010 so that reservations received after the deadline is subject to room availability and revised rates.
5) Any cancellation for each confirmed room reservation will be charged for 50% till 1 month left the opening day.
6) Any cancellation made 3 weeks left of the opening day is subject to Full Cancellation Charge based on Full Length of Stay as per original room reservation request.
7) For early departure or no show, the Full length of stay based on original reservation at the time of booking will be charged
